WELCOMESK Posted February 17, 2014 Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 without photo u can submit the ds160 form. with out photo u CAN enter the consulate. go to Walgreen/cvs pharmacy or anywhere and ask photos for us visa or passport[same size-2/2]. they will give 2 photos for $11.99. subit photos during your interview. don't worry. in worse case they will take photo just before interview.
