Greencard, 3 year degree + US masters

Hi,

I have a 3 year bachelors degree in comp.sci, and I am on H1, working as a test engineer. I have 7.6yrs of experience in total of which 1.3 yrs with the current company  I completed my masters from Northeastern and graduated on Jan24th 2014, after graduating internally I got a new offer to switch to development, the offer letter dated Jan 30th 2014. Its a new job, its a switch from testing to development.

My GC process is initiated, can they use the masters degree ? I graduated on 24th Jan 2014 and the new Job offer was Jan 30th 2014.
