Does a new perm application is required if move to subsidary company

Hello All,

 

I am currently working for Company A and have my gc filed through this company(Laobr and 140 approved). There is a company B which is subsidary of company A.

If i join Company B as an employee, do i need to again file my labor and go through the whole process or my current labor and I-140 approval will still be valid??

It depends on whether you and your employer are intending for you to return to Company A in the future.
