craigross87
I am working in America on an H-1B visa and I plan on returning home to South Africa for two weeks.I would have to visit the US Consulate in South Africa to obtain an H-1B visa stamp. What are the chances of me being turned down for a stamp, or denied re-entry into the US at POE?(I would be able to provide proof of H-1B approval, proof of employment, recent paystubs, etc.) Link to comment

All US consulates follow same standard procedures. Link to comment

craigross87
Why not al least read the reply to the same question you posted yesterday/? I SUSPECT YOU WILL BE ALL RIGHT. Yeah, I appreciate your response, but I want to get as many opinions on this as possible, which is why I posted multiple posts asking the same question. Excuse me if I don't want to base my entire future on "I SUSPECT YOU WILL BE ALL RIGHT." Link to comment
pontevecchio
You want to base your entire future on a forum. I can only wish you well. Opinions do not help you. Neither does attitude. Only the VO can tell you your chances based on your credibility and documents. No crystal ball can tell you about your chances of 1. Getting the visa 2. Being stopped at the POE. Link to comment
