I am going to complete 365 days PERM pending this coming Feb 28th 2014. Now I have few questions. Please help. 1. My wife is still working in US, can I apply for for h1 B extension on the PERM pending through my wife company once I hit the 365 days PERM pending? 2. If my PERM gets approved after 365 days, what kind of alternatives I have to come to US through other company or my wife company since my company is not willing to invest on this. Link to comment
