L1 B expired Valid I 94 till may 2015 ,Can spouse on L2 travel to India

My L1 b expired but I have valid I -94 till may 2015.

My wife has to travel to India for some urgent issues,Can she travel and come back based on my valid petition and I -94.

My visa has expired so on what basis my wife can travel and be back .What is the process for it ?
