Can anyone tell.. what happens after H1 Approved and Stamped?

So say H1 is approved after you had your interview in Canada. pick any consulate..

 

Who issues you electronic I94? Canada Customs or once you land on US soil its the US customs?

 

I came to us in 2008 and had us customs issue it for me and ask questions on purpose.

 

what can i expect after my passport is stamped with H1 and and i am flying back to us from canada?
