ankit2508
Hi, Last year in March 2013 I came to USA on H4 and one the employer filed H1B for me. Then in mid of April 2013 I went back to my home country for some work. Then in July2013 I came back to USA and in August my H1B got approved. Now that employer is not filing COS from H4 to H1B for me. Now below are few queries... 1- If I will go for H1B transfer with some other employer will he need to file COS for me ? 2- If Yes, then how much are the chances of approval? 3- Is it possible to take H1B transfer? 4- If COS get rejected , then will H1B petition also get rejected?
