Different job title o H1B and PERM/GC

Hi,

 

 

I have different job titles on my H1B (Systems Engineer) and PERM (Systems Analyst) - 

 

Please advise - 

 

1) Is having different job titles on H1B and PERM/GC is a problem ? I heard they are independent to each other.

 

2) I'm about to file my I-140 (Premium Processing),  can I only file with the title on PERM (Systems Analyst) or should I change it to match H1B ?

2. Are you saying your employer is not using a Lawyer to file a PP I-140?

No, my employer have attorney, who will file I-140,  I meant to say that how should I proceed further with the title.
