coolwk
Can you please take a look at my situation about sudden client work location change after PERM approval, but i140 not yet filed. My employer company is a small IT development and consulting company (with less than 50 employees) in NJ which has been in business for 12 years. Most of the employees are working only at their respective client sites across the country. Similarly, I have been working at various client locations and my current project assignment is in CA.In EB3 PERM, Job Opportunity Information (Where work will be performed): NJ (At Employer Location). Also in PERM, it is mentioned that the candidate is required to travel to various client locations across US.Now as my current project is closer to its completion, I need to move to another client location for project work in CA.Does it required to re-do PERM again whenever I move to different work site. If so, please clarify the following question:1) Should I re-do PERM again on every move to another client location.Thank you very much in advance! Link to comment

Did you paid for that?? PERM is for future employment and it has no connection to your H1. Link to comment
