Hi,

 

I have L1B valid till 3rd Jun 2014 as well as my I 94 and my company is applying for H1 B and L1 B extension will be applied parallel.  Just in case if my L1 B extension is not approved, will I able to stay till H1 is approved?

If your L1B is denied and H1B approved you need to exit US and enter 10 days before H1B start date.

No, you would have to leave the country, and come back on Oct. 1 with an H1 visa.
