Hi,

 

I had applied my L1A to H4 Visa status change in Oct 2013, as my wife got her H1B. My H4 petition is still in Initial Review. Can I apply for H1B change of status from H4 or L1A? My L1A - I94 is valid till June 2015. Can you please help me in providing the best possible options.

Employer has to file a cap subject H1B petition with COS.
