My family have H4 stamped with that of my previous employer's H1B Visa and valid till September 2015. We are planning to go India during May 2014. For sure I know that I need to go for H1B stamping. If you and your family have H1B and H4 visas respectively that is valid at the time of re-entry to US there is no need for new visa stamping. Link to comment
