Regd H1B Visa money If petition is not accepted

I have filed a H1b Petition through a consultancy. However it is not accepted and consultancy is stating to pay $1850 ($1000 - USCIS fee,   $850 towards LCA and attorney fee). 

 

Could you please clarify if this true.

You pay nothing. Ignore and stay away from those kind of employers.

ANY employer who asks for H1 fee is FRAUD and he should be DEPORTED.

Paying H1 fee is ILLEGAL and you will be deported if you do so.

So find another and real employer. Forget about this FRAUD employer.

The EMPLOYER has to pay for the H1.

Stay away from any company that wants money for an H1. They are ALL frauds!

You won't get an H1 through such a fraud, because USCIS is cracking down on these frauds.

NEVER pay for an H1. Period.
