L1 to H1 COS denied

Hi,

 

I am currently on L1B visa. I have an approved H1b petition. My changes of status got denied as I left USA while H1B is pending. Company A has filed my petition and I work for for company B on L1 now. Can I change my to an employer C now? Can he file change of status for me? If so how many days it will take?

Yes, company C can file for COS from L1B to H1B. 3 to 4 months by regular processing and 15 calendar days by premium processing.
