Perm Audit Processing Time?

Hello,

 

Can someone please tell me how long would it take for an audit to get reviewed by USCIS. My company applied for GC in March 2013 and received an audit in november 2013 and responded in nov 2013. My H1B expires in sept 2014 and havent applied for an extension yet. Do you think the audit will be reviewed before that time.

 

Is there a website where I can look at the current PERM audit processing times?

To answer your question, I have searched about it and it looks like audited cases may take another 4-6 months for audit response review :(.

 

I am on the same boat (Perm filed on 3/19/2013, Autid on 11/11/2013 - audit response filed on 11/18/2013 and now still waiting for a response). My 6th year H1B is expiring Sept 30 2014 and thinking about h1 trasnsfer/extension, should I wait till 3/19/2014? or can I start the H1 transfer now and then file for extension separately post 3/19/2014.

On icerta.doleta.gov the audit review date is currently shown as Nov-12 is that the priority date or the audit recevied date?
