JoeF Posted February 10, 2014 Report Share Posted February 10, 2014 Please use the correct terminology. An LCA is for an H1, and it has nothing to do with PERM. LCA stands for Labor Condition Application. For PERM, the correct term is LC, Labor Certification. Link to comment
