I-485 pending and new H1B?? - Urgent help needed

First company applied my green card back in 2005 in EB3 and I got EAD and AP. I left the company back in 2009 and started using EAD and AP for my travel.. still waiting for my GC.

Now, a company offered a new H1B? Is it possible after long break? has anyone received like this? does it void my current GC?
what happens if h1b declined, does it impact my current GC? Please respond?

H1 and Immigration are 2 separate entities. H1 is also dual Intent. Tell us why you cannot continue working on the basis of the EAD?

It does not impact your green card, unless the reason for H1 denial is something that should keep you out of the US altogether (criminal or a host of other like issues).
