Abhishek1234
I have a H1B Petition approved for consular processing and i am currently in US on L1B with company A. I now want to change to company B. Do i have to go to home country and get the stamping done for H1B and then come back to US then join company B. OR the company B can file for Change of Status and i can change the job without any issue. Link to comment

On approval you can move to company B. Link to comment
