H1B stamping in Canada require any Masters

Hi ,

 

I am on H1B and got first stamping in India in 2006, I haven't gone to India after I came to US .I am planning to go to India this summer. I have my Bachelors .Do we need Masters degree for getting stamped in Canada or any other country other than India ?

I am with the same client for last 6 years but I have changed my employer in 2011.Will this raise any questions when you go for stamping.
