gc7381
Gurus I received an RFE on my Pending I-485: RFE asks for standard docs: New G325A All EAD cards since I-485 was filed in July, 2007 All I-94 or I-797s EVL for original employer or new employer (if 180 days have passed since I-485 was filed and new employment is in the same or similar occupation) I left my I-140 filing company A and moved to company B - AC21 not invoked. Filing company A has closed shop for the past 3 years. My questions are: 1)With this kind of RFE, is it required/mandatory to file and AC21? 2) I do NOT have the job description (meaning I don't have the LC/I-140 filing papers) - don't have enough time to invoke FOIA for USCIS. What should I put in the job description portion while filing AC21 (if indeed required) and EVL? What are my options? PD is Sept,2003 Category is EB3 Appreciate any advice I can get, I have 3 weeks to respond to the RFE Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
It would have been a good thing to file AC21 from the start. That would have prevented such RFEs. Link to comment
gc7381
True - but, what is done is done.. I was hoping for a 'knight in shining armour', to come up with something I can work with :) Link to comment
pontevecchio
That knight in shining armor would be a Good Lawyer who will frame a suitable reply. Move it. Do not risk your future because you think you can do it on your own. The reply needs to be such that the next communication from USCIS is to send your GC at the appropriate time. Link to comment
