H4 stamping Question - Urgent

My H1 stamp expired 5 years ago with employer X. Currently with employer Y and on status all time till now. My wife's H4 stamp exired 5 years ago as well with employer X. Can she now go to India for H4 stamping with my new approval with employer Y?

I have one more question on DS-160.

 

In the Personal information, what should I fill in the "Home Address". As she is staying in US for 5 years and going to India for visit, do I have to fill the US address as "Home Address".  If Yes, will that be the mailing address as well. Or Do I have to fill Indian Address as mailing address.

US consulates doesn't mail the passport outside the country, so obviously that should be your home country location.

in the Stanley website when we create the profile for visa apointment, it is asking for mailing address. How is that different from mailing address in the DS-160 application. Can both be different?  This is creating the confusion. Can you please clarify this?

As rahul412 has mentioned it is better to provide Indian address as US address is temporary.
