My wife's H4 stamp expired 5 years ago and never out of status as well. Now she is planning to visit India for H4 stamping. Will that be an issue? Please advice? Link to comment

As long as she stayed in US with a valid I94 she is fine. She needs a copy of your I797 to get her H4 visa. Link to comment
