Job change - Pending I-140 for job location

I recently had my GC process restarted as I had my job location changed. I had a I-140 approved in 2012 with PD of July 2011. I am looking to change companies, will I get to keep my initial priority date?

Thank you for the response. Just to make sure if I get it right, even if the second I-140 is in the process and  if I change companies, I still get to keep the PD of my initially approved I-140 if the new company processes a new GC application?
