I485--APPROVAL PENDING--IS MARRIAGE POSSIBLE WITH AN INDIAN CITIZEN ?

Hello

 

I am currently on H1B visa and have a pending green card apprval on EB2. My priority date is Januart 27, 2007 and I have already recieved my EAD card. I have applied for I485(Change of Satus), which is pending for approval. Currently, I am looking to get married to someone in India.

 

Will it be possible for me to get married to a person from India and apply her visa under spouse visa or H2B , as my I485 is still pending to be approved ?

 

Will she also get green card at the same , once my I485 is approved?

 

Please advise, if there is a possibility for me to get married and get here to US on H1B or any other spouse visa ?

If you are able to change to H1 status she can come over after Marriage in H4 status and file AOS when the dates are current as long as she comes here before your AOS is approved.

If you are asking if the marriage is possible, generally speaking, it would depend on [both of] your age, gender, whether you are currently married, physical location, and a few other minor things that may be different by state/country.
