Employer Address Change

Hi

 

My employer filed my h1b petition in 2013 April when he is at location A, but 2 months back my employer office was moved to location B. (Both locations are in same state, but in different city and county).

 

My current situation is that i am working  at same  client location since 2 years  in  a different state. and my LCA has client location and employer address mentioned as location A.

  

Do i have to file an h1b amendment since my employers address changed ???

You will not need any H1B amandment, but you can change the address. Please contact your lawyer or or HR department, they should help you.
