puru33
http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-539.pdf I am filing i539 on behalf of my wife. whose sign should be there in the applicant's signature (page 6)? on the page 7, another signature section - signature of person preparing the form. I am not sure should I leave blank in the applicaiton signature section and sign the person preparing the form signature or if I should sign both. she cant sign since she is in India. Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
Stop right now. Why are you wasting money? I-539 has no relevance to you. Let her get the H4 visa and return. H4 is only a status based on the valid H1 person and there is no H4 petition approval. Link to comment
