Applying for H1-B post Approval of I-140

Dear All,

 

I have to leave US due to family emergency in the Year 2011 while my Green Card Application was in Process with I -140 getting approved from Company A. After staying almost in India for 2 years 10 Months, I got an offer from Company B who was also my first employer before Company A. I exhausted my normal six year and almost stayed in US closed to 7 Years. 

 

With I-140 Approved you think I can directly apply for H1-B without waiting for normal procedure which starts on April 1st, 2014. I have also got my Masters in US so eligible for 20,000 Quota.

 

My employer at Company B wants me there immediately in US and under normal condition I have to wait until October 1st, 2014.

 

Please help.

As long as your I-140 was not revoked by employer you can get 3 year H1B extensions.
