H4 Transfer from old to new employer

Hi,

 

I recently changed my H1-employer from X to Y.Now i am in USA working for Y Company.

 

But, my wife and kid has valid visa until 2015 on H4 status.But they still on my old employer(X company) petition and on visa it says old employer.

 

Can they come to USA in this month or do they need to transfer their H4 from X Employer to Y-Employer and go for stamping even though they have valid VISA ON H-4.

 

Please advise.I appreciate your help.

They can travel with the valid H4 visa and a copy of your new I797.
