Hi all,

 

I am on H1B visa with Employer A and my wife is attending H4 visa this week. After her stamping and before she travels to USA, I am moving to my new employer B. In that case, would her H4 stamping still be valid to enter into USA ? Would there be any trouble at port of entry. Please suggest.

Yes, her H4 visa stands valid. But, if you have joined employer B before her travel then she needs a copy of employer B's I797.
