H4, Status change options

Hi!

 

I have come to US on H4 with my husband who is currently on H1B. have been a professional all my life and have had a great career in BPO/KPO back in Mumbai and Chennai respectively before moving to US a month ago.

 

I have worked for over 9 yrs with different companies like Ocwen, JP Morgan Chase, Sutherland and Accenture, and in all of them with their US Mortgage, Sales and origination, Processing and Servicing.

 

I do not however fall into a category of Skilled or Highly skilled. I am just a graduate, education wise.

 

I would appreciate some info on If there is a possibility of changing visa status where I can work. Any help in terms of info would be of great help!

A work visa (H1) requires you to have a college degree. Without that, there is no chance of being able to work.
