I have an approved I-140 in EB3 category from previous employer. Currently have filed I140/I485 in EB2 category, for which I-140 is still PENDING. I just received a receipt notice for my I-485 which shows successful porting of priority date from previously approved I140 from EB3, but the "Employment classification" shows EB3. Is this an issue? Does the receipt still reflect EB3 because my EB2 I-140 still hasn't been approved? Shall I contact USCIS about this? My employer's attorney seems clueless. Thanks alot. Link to comment
