mohan.july
Hi Since H1B was expired, my company applied for L1A conversion and it's approved for 2 years. I have the L1A approved petition for 2 years, up to May 2015 on hand. But it's not yet stamped, as the conversion was done while being in USA itself. My Spouse is in India currently, and I am planning to bring her thru L2 dependent visa. Is this okay? or will it be a problem since my L1A visa is stamped in the passport? Please suggest.. Yes, your wife can apply for L2 visa as long as you maintain L1 status and enter US on visa approval. Link to comment
