sekhargs
Hi Experts, I had joined my new employer(EVC Model) before getting a receipt number for my h1 transfer(petition transfer). I did sent all my documents to my attorney on time assuming they will issue a receipt soon but due to the delay of submission documents by attorney to uscis it took 22 days time to receive the receipt number. I used to contact them for the receipt number how ever they said they were sending it. But they run the pay roll from day one onwards. My attorney got I797 B -Consulate notification approval came(Its for 3 year approved).I m going for a visa stamping to India next week. I have perfect documentation including detailed client letter, pay slips, vendor letter, tax returns and other critical documentation from my employer, etc). Pl suggest me is there any impact on my visa stamping due to those 22 days gap? Your replies are highly appreciated in this regard Thanks in advance.. Link to comment
JoeF
You worked illegally. That can of course have an impact. Link to comment
