I got my visa stamped on Jan31st

I got my visa stamped on Jan31st but in Visa stamp company name is not mentioned it is showing only H1B   start date and end date.

 

Can anyone reply me it will be issue or ok?

I am in the same situation. I had my visa interview at calgary on Feb 3rd, received passport on Feb 4th and I saw that annotation part is blank on my Visa stamp, where generally there should be 'Employer Name and petition Receipt Number', but I still luckily came back to US today, Feb 5th. Now trying to figure out how to get it corrected. Below is the reply I got from the consulate at Calgary.

 

Good Afternoon,

 

Thank you for your inquiry.  Please return the passport along with your I-797 to the Consulate in order to have the visa corrected.   You may drop the passport off at our office Monday-Friday 8:00-11:00 or you may courier it back to our office via Loomis.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I'm not sure but I heard sending passport out of country via mail is illegal, and moreover consulate generally don't mail passports out of country (need to check if they do in any exception cases). still trying to figure out what to do.
