H1B Stamping to canada who converted from L1B

HI All,
 

I recently converted from L1B to H1B from october 2013 with some x employer currently in usa..,,i need to go india as earliest as possible...,,

please advise me for the below questions

 

1)L1B conversion candidates can visit to canada for the stamping?

2)If so kindly advise me the possibilties of getting visa..,,and how many months of pay stubs really needed for the interview?

3)currently on my passport it says my L1B validity expires on 2015..,,does anything this good or bad?

2. No one can predict the possibility. Carry at least 6 months.

3. It is fine.

i would really appreciate if any one share their experience or known from friends experience how it went chosen a canada or some other country to get visa stamping who ever converted from L1B to H1B...,,,

Every consulate is the same as they follow standard procedures.
