Experience letter from previous manager but on his new company letter head

Hi

 

My employer asked me to get experience letter from my previous employer to apply for GC.

 

My previous company is a start up (family run- wife is HR and husband is CEO) and he is not providing experience letter or job verification letter to me and my other collogues who left at the same time period.

 

My previous manager whom I worked with moved to another company and now I got experience letter  from him on his new company letter head.

 

I have the W2's from my previous employer though.

 

Will this be enough of a proof for USCIS? Please suggest what to do.
