Employer Change same clinet

I have transferred my H1b to a new employer as I had issues with my old employer and I am in a EVC model. Will there be any issues when I go for H1b stamping? I am planning to go for H1b stamping this year.

As long as you have your petition approved and have all required documents you are fine.

My h1b with previous employer was also approved with the same client. So I was wondering if the VO might ask how I changed employer when I am with the same client. I am good on documents. I have all the required documents.

Well, tell VO the truth. A client can have multiple companies working on different projects.

I believe its up to the VO if s/he is convinced, mostly this happens in EVC model. On EE relationship, is your new employer controlling the work?

The vendor is just a preferred vendor for the client and he just passes my paycheck from client to my employer. He has nothing to do with my work. My employer provides me with all the benefits.
