maddir
I have transferred my H1b to a new employer as I had issues with my old employer and I am in a EVC model. Will there be any issues when I go for H1b stamping? I am planning to go for H1b stamping this year. Thanks in Advance. Link to comment

As long as you have your petition approved and have all required documents you are fine. Link to comment
maddir
As long as you have your petition approved and have all required documents you are fine. Thanks Jai. My h1b with previous employer was also approved with the same client. So I was wondering if the VO might ask how I changed employer when I am with the same client. I am good on documents. I have all the required documents. Link to comment

msundar
Anny123 I believe its up to the VO if s/he is convinced, mostly this happens in EVC model. On EE relationship, is your new employer controlling the work? Link to comment

He has nothing to do with my work. My employer provides me with all the benefits. Link to comment
