manojjayam Posted February 4, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2014 Thanks MrPraveen and Jairichi .... but opting for premium processing is not possible as my company has a rigid compaliance rules which means the premium processing cannot approved in most cases and if needed our CFO has to approve it and approving timelines will mirror USCIS timelines ..... I am in kinda of in between devil and deep sea :) ... Is it normal that USCIS takes so long ...... Link to comment

I am not allowed to pay as ours is a law abiding corporate citizen and immi dept is staffed with US policy concious ppl who follow rule to the hilt even if the client threatens .... Your employer cannot file new H1 this year since they already filed H1 for you. Link to comment
