I am working for company A as a full time employee. A is ready to file my H1b for 2015. I am thinking to file another petetion through company B as well. I do not have client letter as I am full time employee at A.

1. What are chances of getting RFE/Rejection if I go ahead with company B and file without client letter?
2. In case my fulltime employer files my h1b and also give me client letter with date starting October 1st, and I file another petition through company B using that client letter, will that cause any issue during approval?

1. Your employer would get an RFE for client letter.

2. No, as they are two individual employers.

You won't file for your H1, your employer does.

By filing multiple petitions you gain nothing. So stick to one employer, obviously you won't work for multiple employers.
