yogesh.vanera
I came to US in 2009 on L1 visa. after a year I changed the status to H1B and join a consultancy firm. Last year 2013 my employed filed H1B extension with company A. in next 4 months, Company A was bought by Company B and we had to change the location. I am right now working with same group but Client Name and location both have changed through a prime vendor After consulting with Attorney, Employer have filed an amendment for H1B recently. which is also approved I have filed new DS160 with new petition number and updated in VISA appointment site From document perspective, I have everything New DS160 (with new petition) Vendor Letter Client Letter I129 and LCA Paystubs until Jan 2014 W2 until 2013 Tax Returns transcripts until 2012 I have scheduled Visa appointment in Toronto in Feb 10th 2014. I have few questions regarding VISA stamping. 1. As I am working on client location. Do I need to bring employer timesheet and status report at VISA office? 2. Do I need to bring old DS160 confirmation too? 3. Is there any other documents which I may need to bring? At last, If anyone has appointment on Feb 10, Please let me at yogesh.vanera@yahoo.com Link to comment

yogesh.vanera
I have a question regarding employee-employer relationship. As I am working on client side, and just submitting monthly timesheet to my employer. How can I provide anything which fulfills employer-employee relationship? the reason behind asking is its client only who controls my work assignment neither my employer nor my prime vendor Link to comment

shortduck
Yogesh, it does not matter whether you have US degree or not. If you see experiences from members here, you will see that many of them did not had any US degree. Link to comment
