myselfrg
Hi I have recd H1 Transfer RFE and it is related to proving employer employee relationship. I have multiple layers in between. Employer-Vendor-Vendor-Employee is what I am cuurently involved in. What is the denial ratio in this multiple layer situation. I heard it is quite high. Is that true? What should ensure to include in RFE response to avoid denial in this case? is there any recommendation. Link to comment

RFE response has to be done by employer's attorney and not you. Link to comment

Employer-employee relationship doesn't exist in such situations. Find another employer, either FTE or a direct EC, with no vendors in between. Link to comment
Attorney_22
This can be difficult to respond to, but it is possible to obtain an approval based on the facts of the case. The Murthy Law Firm has consulted and obtained approvals on this issue for many individuals. Feel free to give us a call and speak to an attorney in the H1B Department. Link to comment
