sekhargs Posted January 21, 2014 Report Share Posted January 21, 2014 Hi every one.. Appreciate your reply on this. My attorney responded my RFE (Premium processing) to USCIS on 14th Jan. From that day onwards status is showing as INITIAL REVIEW with the below message. Initial Review "Your request for premium processing service for your I29 PETITION FOR A NON IMMIGRANT WORKER was received on January14,2014.We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. we will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete I think once RFE got submitted status should be 'RFE Response review' but its showing as Initial review. Can any one is experiencing the same situation? pl reply. Thanks. Link to comment
