For this period he decreased my hours for few months and because of that the pay was less than what it has to be. He ran a paycheck for Dec 1-15, my question is can we consider the pay check as back pay and will there be any problem if I have two pay checks for Dec 1-15th as my new employer also ran a pay check for that period? I am planning to go to stamping, can I tell the VO that Dec 1-15th as the back wages if he ask me why may paychecks are overlapping? What ever the suggestions you provide will really help me.
