I want to start up a small business LLC.I have business plan, revenue, employment statistics,etc. I was going through "USCIS on Use of H1B and NIW by Entrepreneurs: Part 2", that was posted in Murhty forum (9/2/2011). Who is eligible to file thorough EB2 NIW as entreprenuar? Should i have already register my business? I cant run business in USA without a GC. So I believe EB2 NIW requires showing only future business, and not expecting to have the business already running in USA. Can anyone please clarify? Link to comment
catx Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 You are in an area that needs sound legal council (both immigration and business). These type of applications are typically carefully and thoroughly scrutinized by the USCIS (especially if it is some sort of consulting business). You should consult with a qualified, experienced immigration attorney to have the best chance of approval. In addition, a person should not start a business without consulting with a qualified, experienced business attorney. Link to comment
