Change of Employer after 6 months of 140 Approval.

Hi Experts, I need some help/information on Change of Employer after 6 months of 140 Approval.

 

H1Year:4th year , still 2yrs to go .

Employer XYZ:My Labor(Perm) EB2 Date: Aug20th2012 , Approved Feb1st2013.

Employer XYZI-140:Approved June2013.   (6 months Jan2013)..I have copy of I-140

 

Can i change current employer Employer XYZ to Employer ABC in Feb 2013( i have an offer ready , which is close to my home ) using labor date Aug20th2012?

What happens if Employer XYZ revoke my I-140? is it still legal to use labor date Aug20th2012?

 

Employer ABC is ready to start my GC from scratch so can still use labor date Aug20th2012?

 

I heard something about AC21 , that i can only change employer after 6 months of 485 Applied ?is that true ?
