Company name has been misspelled

Hello I got my H1 receipt email today. In the receipt, I have noticed that the company's name was wrongly spelled. The company's name is ********* and the company's name that is in the receipt, I129 and LCA is "**********". Now when I mentioned this to the attorney, they say that it is ok and it will not be a problem.

But I am concerned about the difference in the name of company between payroll and the name of company on the approval notice. Please advice as to what are my options.

Should an amendment be filed to change the name?

Can I join them and then ask for filing an amendment? or

Should the whole approval process be redone?
