jsr2014
My L1B will expire in May 2014, after completing 5 years. Is there any option to stay after L1B expire? Link to comment
t75
You could have another one year beginning Oct 1 if you find a new employer. Between May and Oct 1, you have to maintain another status. If you leave before April 1, 2014, an employer could file for H1B in April 2015 for Oct 1, 2015 start for p[otentially 6 years.
