Hi all 

 

Is it mandatory to place job order on State workforce agency first and then only in newspapers or newspapers ad can be place without job order on SWA?

 

As long as 30 timeframe for Job order on SWA prior to filling labor cert. meets , can it be start with the newspaper add?
