pranay_shah
I was on an F1 visa and then got H1B. Currently working under H1B and have never traveled outside US on H1 and never tried to get it stamped. If I travel to canada for two weeks, can I utilize AVR to get back without valid visa stamp? My F1 also recently expired. I am just worried that if i try to get it stamped, and if they deny, I will be screwed. Link to comment
t75
If you are afraid to go for stamping with your employer's documents, why are you working for him? Could you not find a "real" job? Solve that problem before you even think about traveling. Link to comment
